What is the pet policy?
Maximum of 3 pets per apartment home. Pets are subject to a one-time fee and monthly pet rent. The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds:
Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bull Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Wolf dog hybrid, Mastiff (Bull, Neapolitan, Toso Inu), Husky, Scottish Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Komondor, Borzoi, Dalmatian.
What are the assigned schools?
The assigned schools for our community are: Donald Ross Elementary School, Lincoln-Hancock Community School, Point Webster Middle School, Reay E Sterling Middle School, Quincy High School
What is the parking policy?
1 vehicle is permitted per licensed resident and surface lot parking is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Assigned parking spots are available in our garage for an additional monthly fee.
Can visitors park overnight?
Yes, visitors are welcome to park overnight.
Are utilities included in the price of rent?
No, utilities are not included.
Are short-term rentals available?
Our community offers lease terms from 2-15 months in length.
Is your community smoke-free?
No, we are not a smoke free community
